Everyone with a concern about the safety and wellbeing of a child should contact the ARL.

Concerned relatives, friends, neighbours, and mandatory reporters can contact the ARL. Parents and children are also able to call to ask for help for themselves.

Staff at the ARL will talk to you about the situation, answer your questions, give you information or advice and, if needed, arrange a referral to a service which can best meet the needs of the child.

There is an online contact form on the Strong Families Safe Kids website, however, a phone call to 1800 000 123 is preferred.
